Terms and conditions for reservations and cancellations

These terms and conditions regulate the relations between the restaurants "Shtastliveca" for the services provided and the guests of the restaurant.

1. RESERVATION CONDITIONS

1.1. You can make a reservation at the restaurants "Shtastliveca" in one of the following ways:

    - via the reservation form of our site shtastliveca.com;     - by e-mail: office@shtastliveca.com     - by phoning the particular restaurant;     - on site in one of our restaurants;

1.2. Once we receive and process your request, we will contact you to confirm your reservation.

1.3. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation at the e-mail you specify. It describes the type and number of the reserved tables, the date and time of booking, the number of adults and children stated in the booking request, and the amount due. Please read carefully the information about your reservation and contact us if an adjustment is required.

1.4. Your payment should be made no more than 2 (two) days after sending our e-mail (unless otherwise agreed).

1.5. Upon receiving a deposit for your reservation, your reservation will be valid and considered to be definitively CONFIRMED.

1.6. If the payment is not completed within the specified period, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel the reservation made.

1.7. When a customer makes a reservation at the restaurants "Shtastliveca", he / she is considered to have read and agreed with these terms and conditions.


2. CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

2.1. You can cancel a reservation in one of the following ways:

    - by e-mail: office@shtastliveca.com     - by phoning the restaurant you have made a reservation for;

2.2. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation (not applicable to bundled and festive offers) 3 (three) or more days prior to the reservation date, the customer does not owe a penalty.

2.3. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation (not for bachelor and festive offers) less than 3 (three) days before the date of booking or in case of non-appearance on the day of reservation, you owe a penalty of 10 BGN per person for each one of the reserved seats paid as a deposit.

2.4. If canceled confirmation of a package offer in less than 7 (seven) days before reservation or in case of no show on the day of booking, the amount paid in advance on your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation is considered canceled.

2.5. Restaurants "Shtastlivetsa" reserves the right to cancel confirmed and paid reservations in the event of force majeure and other reasons beyond the restaurant. In these cases, the restaurant:

    - Offers a reservation for another period while maintaining the same terms and prices.     - Refunds the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days of the date of receipt of a written request for cancellation by the client, not owing a penalty to the customer.


3. RESERVATION PRICES

3.1 Prices for reservation in restaurants "Shtastlivetsa" are 10 BGN per person for reservation over 10 seats!


4. WAYS OF PAYMENT

4.1. Cash at the restaurant / in Bulgarian levs /.

4.2. With debit or credit card at the restaurant.

5. WORKING HOURS

5.1. Restaurant and restaurant hours:

    - Check in: after 11:00     - Free the tables: until 24:00

5.2. The restaurant does not accept pets!


6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. Amounts are requested but services which were not used wholly or partly by the guests of the restaurant are not refundable.

6.2. All prices published on the website of restaurant shtastliveca.com, as well as those described in the e-mail messages of the restaurant are in Bulgarian levs with VAT included.

6.3. The cost of additional services is not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately.

6.4. Restaurant guests take the responsibility to comply with the generally accepted standards of good behavior during their stay at the restaurant. All costs of material damage to the restaurant are paid by the persons who caused them.
